<\/a><\/p>\n\u00a0<\/div>\n\u00a0<\/div>\n\n\n\n\u00a0<\/div>\nPrescott is a new community with a K-9 school, Prescott Learning Centre which opened in 2016 and houses over 800 students including the early learning program. Unfortunately, Prescott Learning Centre was not eligible for the NDP provincial grant of up to $250,000 towards a playground as we were announced May 2013 and the grant was reserved for schools announced 2014-2018. As parents and community members we are responsible to raise the majority of funds for this important project which will benefit our entire community.<\/div>\n\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\nIn addition to parents and community members, we are seeking corporate donations and sponsors.<\/p>\n
